Shipping
Where do you ship to?
I can ship anywhere! Worldwide or domestic!
How long does shipping take?
Order processing may take up to a week or two depending on how long it takes for my items to be prepared. If it’s expecting to take longer, I will make sure to send an email to you.
How do I track my order?
I include a tracking code when I send out a notification that your order has been shipped! If you haven’t received a code with your notification make sure to contact me.
Returns
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item due to damage or a mistake, feel free to contact me! Together we can come up with a solution that best suits your situation.
The most general solution, however, would be for you to repackage the item and send them to my address (which I will provide later on). I unfortunately won’t be able to provide with a return label.
How long does it take to process my return?
Depending on shipping type, it may take up to a week for me to look over the item and make sure it has been returned in the condition it was described in. Once I receive it, I will provide a refund or exchange depending on what was agreed on.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Yes you can! Just follow the same process to return the item and be sure to let me know you’d like to exchange for a different item. Only items of similar value can be exchanged.

Will you ever put XYZ items in your shop?
If there’s a piece of mine you see online or at a con that I don’t have in my store yet, don’t be afraid to shoot me a dm or email saying you’d like for me to add it to my catalogue. Most of my items are things that are popular amongst the crowds I see, so if enough people are interested in an item, I’ll definitely make a note to add it in the shop later. :)
I selected “con pickup” but now I’m unable to attend the event. How can I get my order?
If you find yourself unable to attend an event I’ll be at, just email me to let me know! You can always send a friend or family member to pick it up for you or I can change the shipping to delivery. If the latter option happens, however, I’ll have to charge the fee for shipping. But, of course, we can always work out something together.
I haven’t received a notification on my order or update! Where are you?!
If you haven’t received a notification or email from me in more than two weeks PLEASE EMAIL ME!!! I swear I’m not ghosting or ignoring you. If you can’t find my messages in either your spam or promotions, then something went wrong with our emails. Please don’t be afraid to email me about your concerns of your order and I’ll get back to you within the same day.
